Our company ships only to Europe!
The following countries, in which we do not ship yet, are exemptions: Hungary, Ukraine and Serbia.
It is important for us to ship your order in a discrete way. Nothing on the package indicates what is inside. So you do not have to worry about getting into uncomfortable situations with your colleagues or your partner. Only the addressee is entitled to take over the package. We ship the package via registered post in any way of shipment, so you have to sign the takeover of the package in any case. We do not pack the orders in transparent bubble envelopes.

Please send us an e-mail if you should not get your package in 8 to 10 working days after shipment. Please include your name and order number in the e-mail. Our colleagues will check the status of your package and we will inform you. If the addressee does not take over the package or the address provided is incorrect, the post sends the package back to us– which we will post again to you, after checking your mail address. Should your package have gone lost, we will compensate you – that means that we will send your package again or pay your money back.
There are no customs to be paid within the borders of the EU, but it might occur in some special cases that the package gets under customs clearance (no such case occurred in our practice so far). In these cases the package gets forwarded to the post in a few days, or it gets confiscated. Our company guarantees to recompense you if the customs should confiscate your order. This guarantee is not valid in case of countries outside the European Union!
